Paul McCartney is one of the most famous musicians on the planet. The former Beatle not only pioneered rock and roll, but he’s had an expansive solo career. Much like his alleged arch-nemesis Yoko Ono, who is credited with breaking up the Beatles, McCartney is a prolific visual artist. The musician has been painting since the early ’80s and has hosted art exhibitions in his hometown of Liverpool. He managed to keep his art skill a secret for 15 years, but eventually came clean and let the world enjoy the fruits of his labor—and boy, did the world enjoy it!
