Hyenas are probably one of the most misunderstood animals on earth because they have the reputation of cruel but brutish scavengers. However, National Geographic described real-life hyenas as intelligent enough to form packs numbering in the dozens and predators who hunt most of their food. They’re also stressed out when they do that laugh, not happy.
