Steve told The Global News that “[The former tattoo] made [Ace] sad, it was just a constant reminder of this time in his life. I don’t think he wants to remember being that person.”
Steve wrote on Facebook that he wanted to “update the tattoo to fully represent who he is in his happy new awesome life.”

Ace is now seen in his current life as a male.
