In the town of Hokuto, Japan lies a treehouse right out of a fairytale.
The house is surrounded by beautiful purple and pink cherry blossom trees. The unique “home” was built specifically to sit around while enjoying the trees in bloom and it is just as beautiful as the trees it resides around.
The Japanese treehouse is the work of architect Terunobu Fujimori, he built the treehouse for the Kiyoharu Shirakaba Museum.
Fujimori designed the one-legged structure to sway with the tree during stormy weather and through earthquakes.
Not only is the home beautiful on the outside, it was build just like a real home in the interior.
