MMA Trainer Trav, known on YouTube as FightSmartTrav, can teach anyone how to bob and weave, and duck and dodge their way out of a fight.
To prove that his techniques work, Trav headed out to the streets where he asked people to put on a pair of boxing gloves and then attack him. Trav’s promise? He wouldn’t throw a punch back in his competitors direction.
The video, “How To Win A Street Fight With Head Movement, Learn Simple (But Awesome) Street Fighting Techniques,” was uploaded in June 2013, and has since racked up more than 17 million pageviews.
The video claims: “You can learn how to win a street fight simply by learning how to move your head! If you make your opponent miss, you stay safe and he gets tired… then it becomes easy to win a street fight.”
