The Russell family in Suffolk, England, have created a home that looks like a barn. If their project stopped there it wouldn’t be all that original. However, the family built their house with a convertible design that allows them to grow their own food indoors, while also enjoying extra sunshine and shade as desired.
The home was designed by architecture firm DRMM, and it has earned accolades from the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Grand Designs Awards.
