Back in 2013, Empire Kosher Poultry decided to make the world's largest chicken nugget. It weighed a total of 51.1 pounds and was debuted at the Kosherfest trade show in New Jersey. The nugget weighed more than 720 regular chicken nuggets combined and was required to be cooked in a 500-gallon fryer for a total of 45 minutes!
Black Bear Casino Resort Set The Bar For The Biggest Burger
In 2012, the Black Bear Casino Resort in Carlton, Minnesota set the record for the world's largest burger. The entire thing weighed 2,014 pounds, had 60 pounds of bacon, 50 pounds of lettuce, 50 pounds of sliced onions, 40 pounds of pickles, and 40 pounds of cheese. It took around four hours to cook the patty and seven hours to bake both buns. It was then enjoyed by a massive crowd of hungry observers.
The Longest Sushi Roll Is Miles Long
The world's longest sushi roll was crafted in Yekaterinburg, Russia. It is 1.5 miles long, contains 1.5 tons of rice 1,100 pounds of cucumber, 14,00 pieces of seaweed, and 55 pounds of sesame seeds. It took 60 chefs over 15 hours to complete the monster roll which was cut into more than 60,000 pieces!
The Biggest Bowl Of Mac and Cheese Will Surely Give Anyone A Heart Attack
In 2010, the Cabot Creamery Cooperative joined chef John Folse in New Orleans to make the biggest bowl of mac and cheese ever. The final weight was a whopping 2,469 pounds. It contained 77 pounds of cooked macaroni, 286 pounds of cheese, 56 pounds of butter, 26 pounds of flour, 1,100 pounds of milk, and 61 pounds of seasoning.
Massive Ice Cream Cake Was A School Project!
In 2011, at the University of Toronto, students studying Mechanical Engineering and Applied Chemistry came together to make this behemoth cake. It weighed a total of 10.1 metric tons and was 14.7 feet by 13.3 feet x 3.3 feet. The hardest part was making sure it didn't melt!
The Largest Batch Of Nachos Was For Charity
Created by a team comprised of Centerplate Catering and The Salty Iguana Restaurant, the group managed to make the biggest serving of nachos. The nachos were served on an 80-foot tray and weighed 4,689 pounds! The entire project raised money for LINK Kitchen, a charity that helps to served food to those in need.
Moscow Came Together To Make Biggest Greek Salad Of All Time
On September 4, 2016, people gathered in the Red Square in Moscow to make the world's biggest Greek salad ever recorded. Using tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, peppers, olives, feta cheese, olive oil, and oregano, the entire salad weighed an unbelievable 20 tons! They beat the previous world record held in Crete, Greece which weighed 13 tons.

While most of us have Easter egg hunts and paint Easter eggs, the citizens of Bariloche, Argentina decided to celebrate Easter a little differently in 2015. Instead, thousands gathered to watch the world's largest homemade Easter egg constructed. It took 17,700 pounds of chocolate and is nearly 300 feet tall.

The world's largest pizza was baked in Norwood, South Africa and was revealed on December 8, 1990. It measured 122 feet 8 inches in diameters and weighed 26,883 pounds. The ingredients used were 9,920 pounds of flour, 3,960 pounds of cheese, 1,763 pounds of mushrooms, 1,984 pounds of tomato puree, and 1,984 pounds of chopped tomatoes.
Hope They Had The Biggest Glass Of Milk To Go Along With That
In 2003, the company Immaculate Baking Co. baked the biggest chocolate chip cookie in Flat Rock, North Carolina. Weighing in at 40,000 pounds it was 102 feet wide. They baked it in a massive warehouse surrounding the oven with layers of polyester film and surrounding the massive pan with heaters. The outcome was more than enough for anybody's sweet tooth.

In Rochdale, Manchester in 1994, the world's largest pancake was created by the Co-Operative Union, Ltd. The pancake weighed three tons, was 49 feet and 3 inches by diameter and one inch thick. To even flip the pancake while cooking, they needed a variety of cranes and a whole lot of luck!

At the University of Massachusettes in 2013, 500 volunteers and staff came together to make the world's largest fruit salad. After all of the cutting and pitting was done, it was pilled into a 15-foot diameter swimming pool to be weighed. After meeting the requirements for fruit variety, it weighed a total of 15,291 pounds!
Mind-Bending Chocolate Bar
In 2011, Thornton's chocolate company in Alfreton, Derbyshire, UK made the biggest chocolate bar in the world. It weighed 12,770 pounds and was 13 feet and 1.48 inch by 1 foot and 1.78 inches. The bar took 10 hours to fill the mold, and another three days to cool off the chocolate. They even say that they made it using the same recipe for their classic milk chocolate bars.
Gingerbread Mansion
In 2013, the Traditions Club near Texas A&M University brought it upon themselves to build the biggest gingerbread house in the world, and they succeeded. Made completely out of gingerbread, the house was 2,520 square feet and mounted on a wooden frame for support. The purpose of the massive house was to help raise money for the trauma center at St. Joseph's Hospital.

In 2012, the Ferreria do Zêzere City Council of Brazil cooked up the world's largest omelet. It weighed 14,225 pounds and took 55 people six hours to make. To make the omelet, 145,000 eggs were used, 880 pounds of oil, and 220 pounds of butter. It was made during an event called the "Immigrant Festival" and was eaten by festival-goers.

In Las Vegas, Nevada the biggest cup of coffee ever poured was in an 8-foot by 8-foot mug holding 2,010 gallons of joe. The record was set in 2010 and holds more coffee than most individuals will ever be able to drink in a lifetime. Chances are, this won't be available in Starbucks anytime soon.

In New Bremen, Ohio, the community gathered to witness the world's biggest pumpkin pie. On September 25, 2010, they baked a 3,699-pound pie that was 20 feet in diameter, beating their past record of 2,020 pounds. Unsurprisingly, it was the biggest attraction at the 2010 Bremen Pumkinfest.

On September 16, 2012, at the Waterford Harvest Festival in Ireland, the biggest bowl of porridge ever was concocted. In total, it weighed 3,042 pounds and 6 ounces. It was made by Flahavan's Original Granola and fed over 2,000 people at the festival.
