Cop Saves Boy From Ice
An eight year old boy named Jason fell through the ice on a frozen pond on Christmas Day in New Harmony, Utah. Thankfully Washington County sheriff’s Sgt. Aaron Thompson came to his rescue, stomping and punching the ice until the cracked open wide enough to pull the boy out. Rescuers believed Jason was under the ice for almost thirty minutes. Little Jason was taken to the hospital where he was cared for and recovered fully. Police Lieutenant David Crouse said the family is thankful for prayers they’ve received and have described the rescue as “a Christmas miracle.”
