Pull the String
Another often-used gender reveal is the box with a pull-string. A box is suspended with a string attached to open the loosely closed bottom. When pulled, balloons, confetti, and streamers come out revealing either pink or blue. These reveals are a very popular and fun way to announce the gender of your baby. Keep in mind though, you have to be careful to secure the box because a few viral YouTube videos have shown them falling to the ground. In one instance, the box even fell on the young big brother-to-be, causing him to fall to the ground!
