Meet the cutest salesdog you will ever lay your eyes on.
Tiffany, a five-year-old Shih Tzu Cavalier cross, has been helping sell properties in Australia.
Her job is simple, wear cute pink bows and act adorable in photos that are used in each homes sales listing.
Her owner, real estate agent Tracey Ashley, has been using Tiffany in listings at Remax United Vision in Carina, Queensland.

Two years ago Ashley was looking for a house that would be perfect for Tiffany, that’s when she realized her dog could help other dog lovers find homes.
Following her dog’s appearances on her real estate listings, her page views have doubled.
Her four-legged friend now almost appears on every listing Ashley runs.
“Sellers are ringing up and saying, we’ve seen your photos with Tiffany, can we get you to sell our house with her in it,” Ashley told Mashable. “It’s kinda snowballed … we even get buyers asking us if Tiffany has been in other listings.”
While Tiffany was only in photos at the start, owners soon asked that she also attend open houses.

“Rather than people turning up and taking down names and numbers, making it a very clinical deal, it’s a real icebreaker to have the dog and makes buyers receptive to us,” Ashley said.
