Eden’s Energy For Life

When Eden was only a tiny two-year-old, she was diagnosed with Stage IV high-risk neuroblastoma. The name alone tells you that it was a very serious form of cancer. Neuroblastoma most commonly affects children under the age of five. This kind of cancer develops from immature nerve cells in different parts of the body, most commonly adrenal glands.
Eden underwent a bone marrow transplant and has since been in remission. Her last treatment was in July of 2015. Her family is ecstatic that her treatments were a success. Currently, Eden says that she wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up. She also enjoys singing, dancing, and being a ray of sunshine.
A star from The Office got involved to help share the next child’s life story.
