TODAY’s Hoda Kotb teamed up with Cyndi Lauper and Sara Bareilles to release the viral YouTube music video “Truly Brave.” The song, which combines Lauper’s massive hit “True Colors” and Bareilles’ own hit “Brave,” was released in support of pediatric cancer research.
The video was filmed at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and features real children who are receiving treatment from doctors and nurses at the facility.
The music video debuted on Today this morning and has racked up more than 183,000 YouTube views in under 12 hours. The video has also received the support of YouTube viewers with more than 3,700 upvotes.
