Kendrick Lamar, Jay-Z, DJ Khaled, Rihanna: this isn’t your mom’s playlist. President Obama dropped his 2017 Spotify playlist and showed the world that he’s still young at heart. Most of the tracks offer inspirational messages but some are just plain fun. Obama is loved by many millennials and his playlist proves he’s in touch with the times. President Obama explained his choices perfectly, “From songs that got me moving to stories that inspired me, here’s my 2017 list — I hope you enjoy it and have a happy and healthy New Year.” A few of the President’s choices were not yet available on Spotify so keep checking his account for new additions in 2018.
