Barack Obama and Joe Biden shared a warm embrace after the President delivered his farewell speech in Chicago, Illinois. President Obama, in true fashion, delivered a speech meant to energize his base while providing hope for the future. Obama and Biden were celebrated with a bunch of hilarious memes that touched upon the close connection they shared in the white house for eight years. Jokes aside, the two men really seemed to admire each other more than any internet joke could possibly capture. Biden looks visibly shaken by the fact that he would no longer be running the country with his good friend.
