Lane Murdock Is Pushing For Political Awareness

Lane Murdock is a 16-year-old student in Colorado. She may not be a Parkland survivor, but she is important to this story, too. Attending Ridgefield High School in Connecticut, Murdock organized the national school walkout that took place on April 20, 2018, the 20th anniversary of the Columbine shooting.
Although unable to vote, Murdock is only two years away from being able to make a difference. She knows it is important for her, and her fellow students, to educate themselves on the issues now. She is not the only student outside of Parkland making a difference either.
