Paramedics in Brazil were recently racing a homeless man to a hospital after he suffered from an epileptic seizure. His best four-legged friend Spike chased behind the man’s ambulance, insisting that he be taken along for the ride.
Eventually the ambulance came to a stop, and Spike was allowed to ride along to the ER.
Not only did Spike arrive at the hospital, he also waited for his owner to recovery, and they left the facility together.

I don’t care what anyone says, this dogs presence helped his owner overcome their ordeal. Nothing beats a dog’s love of its owner.
