This sibling costume theme is especially great for families with kids who aren't quite old enough to walk around on their own yet – you can just pull them around in a wagon. Which means it’ll be easy to carry all that candy home, too.

Superman costumes are pretty easy to find just about anywhere. And Clark Kent's getup can easily be made at home, with a button-up shirt and tie as well as eyeglasses (and a Superman logo peeking through the open shirt). We’ve even seen babies wearing glasses constructed from soft pipe cleaners!

These Operation-themed costumes are perfect for parents who have some decent sewing skills (but there is an easier version you can make). The Hasbro game was first introduced in 1964 and is as popular with kids today as it was back then.
One child will be the doctor and one will be the patient in this two-person theme costume. The doctor's outfit can be as simple as a pair of scrubs, but the patient will require more work.
