Couple Rachel Sloan and Thomas Brandt became engaged during a trip to Orlando’s Universal Studios Harry Potter World. The engagement location was no coincidence as the two are actually massive Harry Potter fans. So of course, when it came down to the big day, the duo also had to include their favorite world. Even more, they decided on what of the most magical natural days of the year – the day of the 2017 eclipse. As Thomas said, “It made the most sense. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime event and the stars and the sun and the moon, everything’s moving into alignment, just for us.” Sounds like it fit the magical world of Harry Potter down to a tee.
