Longest Dress Ever
Brides have a notorious reputation for being difficult on their wedding day. We can’t blame them—it’s normal to want everything to be picture perfect! But then again, there are brides who really push the boundaries when it comes to their wedding. Take for instance this bride, Xie Qiyun. Xie hails from Guangzhou, China, and attempted to set the world’s largest bridal train record. Her train was an astounding 219 yards long. It weighed over 220 lbs which is probably twice as much as the bride herself! However, she still did not beat the record and it currently belongs to a wedding dress worn in Cyprus in 2007 where the train was over 4,468 feet long. Yikes!
