The Cat Café in New York City combines two unique offerings, coffee and cats. The shop, which operated from April 24 through April 27, was the mastermind of Purina One and the North Shore Animal League.
The goal of the Cat Café? Provide delicious latte beverages alongside cat cuddles.All of the cats at the shop were adoptable and the cafe was a huge hit with people waiting outside for their chance to enter.

Given the huge success of the café, here’s hoping for another appearance from the popular location. Besides, the café solves another problem, it generates funding which in turn allows cat rescuers to pay for the animals they are attempting to save.
Perhaps this will become some new type of business model for animal shelters.
