You might think that women holding their chihuahuas in a purse is ridiculous, but how about when a giant dog is the one dangling the bag from their jaw? Seeing a pup climb aboard the face of a giant dog or play the little spoon is one of the cutest things to bear witness to. But it isn't all cuddles. One canine is going to have to scoot over on the couch or lose at tug-of-war, and it might not be the one you'd think. Please Get Off My Face
It's normal to get in close for a photo, but this big dog took it to a whole new level. The little chihuahua is nearly getting its face eaten. However, you can tell these two are close.
Some dogs are afraid to be approached by the gentlest of humans, let alone a giant dog. These two clearly have established a bond that makes them comfortable being so close to one another. That's what we call getting very close.
Doggy Spooning
How precious to see two dogs of such different sizes sleeping soundly like this. It's possible that the larger dog was already out cold when the little guy snuck up between his paws.
You can see that the smaller dog is using an arm of the larger one as a pillow, which the big guy doesn't seem to mind at all. After all, the weight of the entire little pooch is probably a tenth of the weight of the large dog.
Part-Time Pony
Some giant dogs look big enough to give pony rides, and this one just happened to give it a try. Only, instead of a tiny child on its back, it's a tiny doggy.
Considering the fact that some small dogs shake just from being picking up by a human, it's pretty impressive that this little guy has no problem relaxing on a dog's back. These two clearly have developed a strong and trusting relationship to pull this circus act off.
Love At First Sight
Is it just us, or do these dogs look like they're in love? They're practically nose-to-nose as they look into one another's eyes while laying in the grass.
It looks like a scene out of Lady and the Tramp. The shiny, auburn dog from a high-class home falls for the gentle giant from the wrong side of town. Everyone misjudges him because of his size, but she knows that deep down he's as soft as his fluffy fur.
We Can See Who Wears The Pants In This Relationship
This little chihuahua is not shy about snuggling its big brother. Whenever that giant dog lays down, you know he's probably waiting for his little bro to join the party and park it right on top.
The funny this is how unfazed they both look. It's as though the lab is saying "yeah, I know." Meanwhile, the chihuahua appears to be saying "what are you looking at?" Just another adorable duo who've clearly grown fond of one another.
Criss-Cross Doggy Sauce
The larger dog towers over this little pooch so much so that it practically looks like the little one is passing below a bridge. Their perpendicular positions don't seem to faze either of them.
Both look like there's someone behind the camera about to throw a ball. The little dog would have a clear advantage being that it could just sneak below the big guy wherever he went. Poor guy doesn't stand a chance with that little speedball around.
Look At That Tongue
You've got to wonder if the chihuahua is looking at the tongue of this Saint Bernard and thinking, "Man, dude's tongue alone is bigger than my entire head."
Even if the little pooch was thinking that, who could be afraid of a Saint Bernard? Its giant face has this big, dopey look like all he wants to do is lick somebody. Plus, that tiny dog must be in heaven being surrounded by a thick coat of fur.
The Queen Has Arrived
This tiny dog looks so much like royalty laying on the standing Saint Bernard like that, we're fairly sure she was a queen in another life. Her tail is even resting on the giant dog's face so she can command her loyal steed when to stop and go.
On the other hand, the giant dog doesn't seem the slightest bit concerned. He's got his two front paws together like an obedient servant, gazing ahead for whenever his queen is ready to get going.
What's Everyone Staring At?
This sweet dog of steel isn't even looking the right direction as the poor pup tries to get its attention. The little guy is yanking on that leash with all its might and... nothing.
It's like the big guy is wondering why he has everyone's attention. Meanwhile, this little pup is using all its might to get his favorite pal to play along. It normally takes two to play tug-of-war, but in this case, it takes just one.
Hold My Bag
The chihuahua in a purse trend blew up after Legally Blonde came out. Or was it Paris Hilton who started the trend? Either way, this big dog is more in tune with the trends than we are.
You would think that the chihuahua would mind being held captive in the tense jaw of an animal at least ten times its size. Maybe that's why it's glaring. Nevertheless, the little guy doesn't seem scared, just slightly perturbed.
We're Voting For The Underdog
Considering how much smaller the dog to the left is, he's really pulling his own weight. You can tell that the larger dog is not going easy on the other one because it's smaller.
Then again, the larger dog is laying down, while the smaller one appears to be using the full force of its entire weight. As soon as that lab stands up, it might be game over. If we were the small dog, we'd blame the lack of grip on the concrete flooring for its inevitable defeat.
This Couch Is Too Small For The Two Of Us
We can't be too sure, but it appears that the smaller dog winning in this scenario. It definitely has the upper hand considering its entire body is snug and relaxed one the seat cushion.
Meanwhile, that poor big dog can barely fold its long legs up enough to squeeze them onto the seat with him. Half of its body is on the center console and its mouth has to rest in the cupholder. Such a gentleman to not kick that little pooch out of its seat.
You've Got To Be Kidding Me
The attitude of both of these dogs is just astounding. You've got the little pup that looks like a movie star. It's looking out to all of the adoring fans with this smug look like it knows its hot stuff.
Meanwhile, a giant dog is towering over the little guy. The giant animal has to look straight down the length of its legs just to spot the tiny fella. It'd be hilarious if the small fry turned its head around and leaped after realizing what was breathing down its neck all this time.

Did the minds of these dogs just transport to some classic gangster movie? You've got the little guy who clearly is owed some big bucks by the giant know-it-all. Don't mess with the tiny man.
He's baring his teeth like that big dog ruined his hope at a better life. Meanwhile, the big dog looks completely taken aback, as though he's never seen this side of his small friend before. He thought they were buddies!
Best Place To Store Precious Cargo
This big dog looks like it isn't even remotely messing around. Meanwhile, the newborn pup may have yet to even open its eyes. That, or it's keeping them shut to avoid realizing how high up it is.
The little puppy's snout is practically the size of one of the dog's eyeballs. Its body is the length of the canine's head. You could even fit that sweet face between the dog's eyes! It's a good thing it has a protector to keep it out of harm's way.
Let Me Sleep!
This little pup just loves testing the waters. The giant dog is trying to catch a midday snooze, but this little nuisance won't stop hopping all over its body and face.
Barely awake, it lifts a just paw and drops it onto the entire body of the adorable pooch. Practically in a headlock, the puppy has no choice but to surrender. However, you can tell by its little behind in the air that it's not giving up that easy.
Can We Keep It?
The giant dog looks like it dug up something at the beach and is now pleading with its owner to take it home. Meanwhile, the itty bitty pooch barely is willing to peak its head out of the bucket.
It must be nice to get chauffeured around in a bucket like that. Neither dog seems to have any qualms about the arrangement. The little one stays safe while the large one stays entertained. It's a win-win.
We're Twins
Both of these dogs look utterly content with life. They're practically wearing the same expression: crazed eyes, smiling mouth, and tongue dangling out like someone's about to place a treat on it.
With their similar coats and patterns, you'd almost think they were half brothers. They look like Danny Devito and Arnold Schwarzenegger in the movie Twins. Obviously, the German shepherd would be Arnold. Hollywood should really consider doing a spinoff of the film starring these two.
Wake Me Up When He's Gone
This giant dog almost looks like it's pretending to be asleep. It's as though it's keeping an eye slightly open to see if the little bugger has left yet.
Meanwhile, the little dog patiently waits, seated like a proper schoolboy, for his big companion to get up. If we've learned anything from these photos, its that more often than not, little dogs will do anything to win the attention of a big dog. But that's just a testament to the good nature of the large canine.
Where's My Sleeping Companion?
It doesn't seem likely that either dog in this photograph would be too fond of losing the other's presence. Human cuddlers have nothing on these two.
Just imagine getting all cozied up like that, only having that added bonus of also being covered in silky-soft and fur. They must be having the best dreams all warm and snuggled up together like that. We wouldn't want to see what might happen if someone tried to change the sleeping arrangements of these two.
