This Couple Became More Communicative With Each Other
Florida couple Jim and Pam used Weight Watchers to help them lose a combined 130 pounds! They told Woman’s Day, “The face-to-face meetings are really what kept us accountable as we learned to phase processed foods out of our diet. For exercise, we started walking each day. Now we love to hike and ride bikes.” Their weight loss journey has also helped their relationship. They used to use snacks as a way to express their love for each other, but since eliminating snacks, they’ve become more honest and openly communicative by talking to each other to express how they feel.
