Bo and Amber Wagner were at rock bottom and on the verge of divorce when they decided to turn their lives around and lose weight. In addition to working out together for an hour each morning, the couple made a conscious effort to wean the bad stuff out of their diet. Amber’s number one rule for herself was that if she wanted seconds at dinner, she’d have to force herself to get up to get it, which was difficult for her because of her weight.
