Connecticut couple Tony and Sheila lost nearly 300 pounds together! The couple tells Woman’s Day that they had to start out slow. Over the course of their journey, Tony went from walking for 5 minutes at a time to being able to do almost an hour of cardio five to six times per week! They advise couples to branch out and find a community that will help encourage you. Sheila says, “I feel like I got my boyfriend, not just my husband, back because Tony was active when we first met.” They, too, have quit eating out and opt to cook at home.
