5ks Are Their Shared Hobby Now

Josh and Terri lost a combined 200 pounds! The couple felt they needed a healthier lifestyle and made gradual changes to achieve their goals. First, they started eating better and cite the Weight Watchers plan with helping in the diet department. Josh and Terri also began walking, at first just 15 minutes each evening.

They gradually got into running and now regularly include 5ks in their weekend plans! In an interview with Women’s Day they said, “This way of life has opened up a whole new world for us. For instance, we now love going to the mall to walk and shop; previously, we shied away from it because clothes shopping was too depressing. We’re closer than ever because of our weight loss.”
