Artist Cristiam Ramos loves to create amazing portraits of people and places, but he doesn’t use a traditional palette full of paint. Instead, Ramos uses toothpaste to develop his final works of art.
Each painting requires nearly 200 hours of squeezing and painting and they require 20 to 30 tubes of toothpaste that is colored and then laid out on canvas.
Romas begins by fingerprinting a little bit with the tooth cleaning products, waiting for them to dry, and then he repeats the process repeatedly.
Here’s a video that showcases the process Cristiam Ramos uses to create his amazing toothpaste portraits.
