Lucy was picked up by Hello Kiro Rescue after the owner fell in love – all it took was a single tail wag. Lucy is a rather hyper pup who buzzes around with a crazy amount of energy. She loves to play and her foster mom took her out for a walk, then retired with her to the kennel. While there, Lucy was a little nervous about all the barks, but her foster mom knew it wouldn’t be long until she found a forever home. Three hours later, Lucy was out the door with her brand new parents. Much like her foster mom, her adoptive forever home fell instantly in love.
