In the age of the iPhone we are always taking selfies, group shots, bathroom shots, animal shots, you name it, and there's a shot. But it seems as though the only pictures we really need in life are perfectly timed animal photobombs. Who doesn't love seeing a goofy dog pose in front of a family Christmas picture by accident? Get ready for a good laugh with this list of silly creatures.
Maybe If I walk On Two Feet They Won't Notice Me
How do we even begin to discuss this photobomb? What would have been a lovely picture turned into a horror movie still with a gremlin-cat in the bottom corner. Is he possessed? Or maybe just confused about how to do the four-leg walking thing?
Regardless, our friend may want to think about going back to kitty training school, he may or may not have missed the day where cats learned how to be stealth.
Am I Doing This Right?
One would think the beautiful, acrobatic handstand would be the focal point of this picture, but no. This feline happened to slide right into the frame when the flash went off. Aren't cats supposed to be somewhat athletic?
This fluffy, yes, fluffy, not fat cat seems to have failed at trying to one-up his human. As you can see by the confused face, he's not entirely sure what went wrong with his handstand.
I Object!
Don't you love pictures you can hear? In this case, a dog grumbling because his mom is getting married. Talk about an outright objection!
It looks like this goofy lab has a knack for the dramatic, I have a feeling the good boi was supposed to sit nicely during the vows. If the laughter coming from the bride and groom is any indication, I don't think they mind the photobomb.
This Dog Just Wanted To Go For A Joy Ride
This perfectly timed shot looks like something out of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. Not that we're complaining! The happy pooch looks like he is having the time of his life on this drive. And if that smile is any indication, it's safe to say he's definitely not on his way to the vet.
Where would your dog go if they could hop behind the wheel and drive somewhere? Here's to hoping there are no car crashes from curious onlookers. 13/10 good driving boi.
Smile Pretty For The Camera!
What happens when your mom says, "smile pretty for the camera." Looks like that idea went south in this perfectly timed photobomb. The deranged snowball in the background didn't smile pretty but appears to look personally offended by the basket of fruit. And who wouldn't be? Look at all of those colors and chocolate-covered strawberries. Gross!
Maybe a basket of catnip would have made this uncooperative feline happy. Keyword: maybe.
Optical-Illusion Cat
With this photobomb, perspective is everything. Are we looking at a normal-sized cat, leaping from one pillar to the next? Or is this an experiment gone wrong and now we have a giant cat on the loose, wreaking havoc while this nice family is having lunch?
My vote is on the latter. You never know what cats are capable of accomplishing! Someone should inform this family that they should start running.
No! I Won't Let You Marry Him!
Talk about having a flair for the dramatic. This photobomb makes us think that cats do love their humans, in their own way, of course. But it also begs the question, who would bring their cat to their wedding?
Anywho, it looks like our fur-friend would have been better off staying home. If his flying through the air is any indication, it doesn't look like he's overly fond of the upcoming nuptials.
I'm A Barbie Girl, In A Kitty World
Barbie, is that you? Where are your perfect lashes, beautiful shiny hair, and big blue eyes? The fur and pointed ears are a bit out of place. Your head is a bit oversized and doesn't fit on your body.
Who are we kidding, Barbie wouldn't be caught dead with chin whiskers! Leave it to an attention-seeking cat to photobomb a Barbie doll. At least the kitty looks purrfect in that tiny pink dress.
When You See Mom And Dad Kissing
The sass is strong with this photobomber. Of course, the attention seeker needed to make sure everyone knew how he felt about his mom's wedding -- if you didn't guess by the tongue sticking out of his mouth, he is not a fan.
Maybe he'll reel in the attitude once his step-dad starts feeding him. If not, at least the newlyweds have a great conversation starter at dinner parties.
Seagulls Don't Appreciate Romantic Reenactments
When Jack and Rose were on the bow of the Titanic, I don't think they ever anticipated the interruption of a disgruntled seagull. This couple was not as lucky.
What started as a beautiful reenactment ended with a bird to the face. Ouch. We are thankful that the seagull appeared to run into her, instead of biting her. We recommend these two keep this photo as a reminder to stay inside a boat at all times.
They're Right Behind Me, Aren't They?
Do we all agree that you can't trust two cats in cahoots? Even though everyone knows you're supposed to smize during a close-up, this pooch is more focused on concentrating on her surroundings. We can only hope that these fur-siblings have a sort of understanding, and the kitties didn't pounce right after this photo!
If worst comes to worst, and something happens to the dog, this photo is evidence that the cats totally did!
Mom, I Think The Human Is In The Way Of My Picture
Is it just me, or does this baby look a bit like Pinocchio after his stint on Pleasure Island? Not that we hope the kid turns into a donkey, but the ear similarity is something to admire!
The parents should think about dressing up like the little puppet and his friends for Halloween this year. They already know their kid looks adorable with the fuzzy ears. Might as well do the entire getup!
Wait, First Take My Picture
This photobomb is the epitome of getting the perfect shot no matter the consequence. Who cares that there is a huge bear coming your way? That Insta-story isn't going to update itself. Your followers need to know about the fish you caught!
Hopefully, someone in this rag-tag group thought to bring bear spray. It's never a good thing if you're fishing trip turns into you being the catch of the day.
Cheesseeee!
Was he trained to smile? If not, someone please give this horse an apple on account of awesomeness. Even though he's looking overly happy to be pulling a carriage, we can all agree that this gentle giant made the picture with his toothy grin photobomb. Even Minnie Mouse appears infatuated by the infectious smile!
Let's all hope that the rest of his time in the parade was as fun as this picture.
Sun's Out, Tongue's Out
Can't you hear the kangaroo's thought process: "There is no way I'm going to smile for this selfie." It looks like our friend from Down Under has been practicing his Miley Cyrus poses, just waiting for someone to come around for a photo.
At least the selfie resulted in one of the greatest photobombs of all time. If only we knew 'roos could roll their tongues we would have tried to stage this photo years ago!
Look, I'm A Famous Model!
Can we all agree that this cat's photobomb is 100% justified? After all, he was the model! As happy as the little girl is, the cat looks beyond proud of his contribution to the carving. I mean, it's hard work sitting in one place while someone sketches you!
It also goes to show that cats will cooperate as long as the objective revolves around them. (Hopefully, no one tells him that there are pre-made stencils.)
Well, Hello There
Photobomb level: flightless bird. The cute farm animals shouldn't be the only ones that get all of the attention! An ostrich should be able to get in on the picture action, too.
Not that we're mad about the intruder, quite the opposite. We can't help but laugh at the six-foot-tall ostrich being able to sneak his head into the picture! Now that's something the other animals wouldn't be able to do.
That Face You Make When Your Mom Gives Your Sibling A Snack But Not You
Just in case the photographer forgot about the other goat in the pen, she can remember him by this glorious photobomb. Unfortunately, this goat looks like he has been scorned in the worst way. And hasn't he?
His friend is being fed right in front of him. I would be upset, too! The goat's expression leaves no room for arguing either. He will be fed or jump the gate and feed himself.
Can we take the kid back?
Forget the photobomb, is this cat okay? He looks like a new parent that has spent a solid 10 hours trying to put this baby to sleep, only to be woken up three minutes later to more screaming and crying.
Someone should check to see if his heart rate is normal because he looks like he might pass out. Once the kid is down, someone should give this poor cat a little TLC!
When You're Not The Favorite Sibling
As a master of puppy dog eyes, stubbornness, and photobombs, there is no doubt that someone is about to get the silent treatment from one sad pupper. Our pug friend is not entirely pleased with the display of sibling favoritism he's experiencing.
Not that we can blame him; everyone needs some lovin'! We can only hope he got some pets and kisses after this picture. If not, I volunteer as tribute!
This Years Christmas Card Shows A New Member Of The Family
Nothing says beautiful mountain scenery quite like a squirrel photobombing the peaceful moment. The thing about the woodland creature is that it doesn't look overly concerned that it is staring straight into a camera. Is the creature used to having human equipment around its home?
Considering the laughing smiles the couple has going on in the background of the picture, it doesn't look like they are overly concerned with the new addition to their family.
Don't Mess With A Mama's Baby
So, unless this genius borrowed that sweatshirt from a friend, we're assuming he is or was in the Army. Isn't the Army supposed to discipline you or something? Maybe teach you not to make rash decisions like picking up a bear cub in the middle of the forest?
If there is one thing everyone should know it's that if there is a baby animal lying around, then the mama isn't far behind. As you can see, this mama is very close!
When Your Partner Isn't Paying You enough Attention
This seagull is just not having it with the tourists. Doesn't this person know that they have to pay the toll of feeding the sea birds before they take pictures of the lighthouses? If this bird's eyes are any indication, he clearly did not get any food.
We wouldn't be surprised if this is the last picture the tourist took before getting their eyes pecked out. Pro tip: never annoy an already easily annoyed bird.
Take A Picture And Get Eaten
Aren't camels supposed to spit at you and not eat your head? Or is that a llama? Regardless, this camel was obviously not amused by this girl's photo advancement. At least this is good evidence as to why camel's should have dental insurance.
Those chompers are not only as big as that poor girls nose, but they are about as brown as the camel's fur. Hygiene is not beneath you Mr. Camel! Maybe think about investing in a toothbrush so that the next time you photobomb/eat someone at least your teeth will look nice.
This Cat Knew Exactly What It Was Doing
By the look on that cat's face, it knew exactly what it was doing when he photobombed this picture. the girls should be happy, how often do you get to see your cat rock a huge grin like that? They're usually so sullen looking.
Then again, maybe this isn't their cat? In that case, they should probably check to make sure it's feeling okay and not up to anything sketchy. Although it's cute, the smile is also a bit psychotic.
Dobby The Dog Would Like Some Chicken
Can someone please tell us if this is a dog or Dobby the (free) house elf asking for some chicken? In any case, that human best give that precious creature some of his chicken! For one, there is plenty to go around.
And second, Look at his little face! How can you say no to a face like that? From the way this picture seems to be going, we don't think that "Dogbby" will go starving.
This Photobomb Has Our Seal Of Approval
This little seal was obviously feeling left out when he wasn't asked to join in the picture. So, you know what? He decided to invite himself. Good for you seal! When someone doesn't invite you to the party you go and crash that party and make them wish that they did invite you!
He's very proud of himself, too, if that open-mouthed grin is any indication. This is the aquatic party crasher that we all deserve.
This Emu Wants All Of The Attention
This eager emu wasn't going to let anyone steal his spotlight. Especially not his owner who so happens to be petting one of the emu's siblings. This photobomb is obviously a way for the emu to show his owner and siblings who the cutest animal is.
It's hard to argue with him, too. All you have to do is look at those big brown eyes and sly smile and you're under his spell. It's just not fair how photogenic he is!
Well Hello There
When one takes a picture in front of the giraffe exhibit at the zoo, one doesn't expect to end up sporting an overly large giraffe head in the photo. Well, too bad for this poor girl. All she wanted was a nice picture with the animal but instead she wound up becoming one with the giraffe.
Hopefully, she got out of these soon after the picture was taken because that giraffe seems to be mean mugging the person behind the camera.
Looking For Me?
Nothing quite says photobomb like the animal you're trying to get a picture of sneaking up behind you when you're not looking. this mountain goat looks like he's in the middle of a grand scheme to outsmart the human photographer.
Congrats, Mr. Goat, you have succeeded in becoming the superior race. You'd think that the human would have at least heard the animal sneak up behind him? Maybe it's for the best he doesn't know that the goat is there because those horns are no joke.
This Spot Looks Comfy
We're not quite sure what we would do if we went outside our home to take a picture of the beautiful day only to find a mountain goat perched on the top of the fireplace like a bird. how did he even manage to get up there?
Never mind, it's a mountain goat, they are able to climb to some ridiculous places. That doesn't mean one of those places needs to be the roof of a house!
This Horse Took "Smile for The Camera" A Bit Literally
Well, we all know who likes to steal the war reenactment shows! Notice how the other horse is all calm, cool, and collected? Then we have smiley over here who needs to make sure he is in the limelight. There are definitely two different types of horse personalities out there!
The best part about this photobomb is that the soldiers have no clue that one of the horses is cheesin' very hard for the camera. Guess they'll find out later when they get the photo proofs!
The Giraffe Decided He Wanted To Be Her New Boyfriend
It looks as though this girl's boyfriend is being replaced by someone a bit taller and covered in fine tan and brown fur. To add insult to injury, the giraffe decided to stick his tongue out, almost as if he is mocking the guy.
Not that the girl is noticing. She's too busy smiling for the camera to see that she now has a new suitor. Hopefully, she has a ladder handy, or else the conversation is going to be more of a yelling match.
Frog Woman
It took us a minute to realize that this wasn't a new Snapchat filter, but, when we did, we couldn't get over the weirdness of the photobomb. The frog's eyes just look so real on her face! Well, technically the eyes are real but it's a bit unnerving when you think they're part of the girl's actual face.
The fact that her eyebrows match the frog's skin is also not helping the situation. It just makes it so everything is blending together a bit too much.
There's Always That One Sibling
There's always that one sibling that makes taking pictures turn into an hour-long event. If only they'd cooperate for one second they would be free to go on their way! But, no, mom has to yell at them to focus so she can get the perfect shot.
It looks like the little white and orange kitty wasn't in the mood to play nice, peeping out from behind their sibling with their tongue stuck out is no way to get away from the camera!
Front-Facing Camera Fail
If you weer ever curious about what a confused cat looks like up close and personal, here you go. This kitty is obviously not familiar with the front-facing camera. Take it from us, it's not a good angle for anyone if you don't know the camera is about to open that way.
From the look on the guy's face, it looks like he wasn't expecting the camera to open that way either. Well, you win some and you lose some.
"What About Me, Mom?"
This pug seems to have some issues sharing the spotlight with his corgi sibling. The thing is, pug, maybe if you smiled your human would be more inclined to take your photograph, too. Look at your siblings happy face! That's the type of face that says "take my picture."
On the other hand, you look like you're either going to burst out into tears or start whining. Our bet is actually on both happening at the same time.
Looks Like It's Time For The Kitten To Leave
Is it just us, or does it look like that cat is jumping off of its human's head? The fact that she trusted the kitten enough to place it on her head is beyond us. She's lucky the cat didn't end up scraping up her scalp and scratching her eyes out!
The kitten looks to be on the same page as us, though, with more of an "I don't belong here and it's time to bounce," thought process.
This Dog Did Not Appreciate The Camera Interrupting His Day On The Water
It seems as though no one informed the dog that everyone was smiling during this particular photo. Not that we're complaining! The "derp" face actually works very well for this specific dog breed.
Well, it's either his face or it's just the fact that he was mid-kiss and got interrupted by a camera flash! This is what you two get for interrupting this good boy's fun day out on the water, a photo record to always remind you to never take pictures mid-lick.
Quick, Get The Cat, We're Going Tubing
First off, who wakes up in the morning and says, "Okay, kids, we're going tubing today. Be sure to grab the cat." We'd bet money that this is beyond the last thing that poor cat wants to be doing.
We're also not sure if the kitty was tossed off the tube like the kid or if he is going all kamikaze and saying goodbye to the cruel world and people that put him in this position.
