Jessica Cox was born in 1983 without any arms due to a rare congenital disability. Although she used prosthetic limbs until she was 14, she decided that they were no use to her and began to use her feet strictly. After years of self-training, Jessica can accomplish almost anything with her feet including putting in her contacts, playing the piano, writing, and more.

As if that wasn’t enough, she is also the first person with no arms to receive a Black Belt from the International Taekwondo Federation and achieved a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Arizona. Cox didn’t stop there, she also conquered her fear of flying and became the world’s first certified pilot with no arms, and uses only her feet to control everything.
