This Cat Saved Her Owner From A Diabetic Seizure Only Hours After Being Adopted
A Wisconsin woman named Amy Jung was saved by her cat Pudding only hours after she adopted her new feline friend.
Pudding was adopted in 2012 and new exactly how to react when her owner went into a diabetic seizure.
“If something or someone hadn’t pulled me out of that, I wouldn’t be here,” Jung told the Green Bay Press-Gazette newspaper.
Jung, who was in her 30s at the time of the incident, had been living with diabetes since she was 4-years-old. Jung went to bed at 9:30 pm and 90 minutes later she slipped into a diabetic seizure.
Pudding realized she was in trouble and attempted to wake her by putting all of his weight on her chest. When she wouldn’t wake up the cat started repeatedly swatting at her face and then biting her nose.
Jung came to her senses long enough to yell out to her son Ethan for help.
The cat’s help didn’t stop there, Pudding ran to Ethan’s bedroom and jumped up on his bed which startled him awake.
Cats are awesome and our next example is no different, they literally dialed 911 to save their owner’s life.
