Central Siberia Nature Reserve’s rescue officials came to the aid of two baby Moose this week after they were separated from their mother because of strong river currents.
The baby Moose risked drowning in the Podkamennaya Tunguska River in the Krasnoyask region.
Two moose calves were spotted by rescue workers as they attempted to cross the freezing river with their mother.
Currents continued to get stronger so the workers pulled them to safety and returned them to their mother.
