Ann Arbor, Michigan artist David Zinn creates the coolest 3D sidewalk creations I have ever seen. Instead of drawing a cool game of hopscotch with chalk, Zinn uses his surroundings to immerse his characters with awesome results.
Zinn has been creating portraits around the Ann Arbor areas since1987, but it is his recent foray into temporary street art made with chalk, charcoal, and found objects that has left his signature talents embedded in the city’s landscape.
The work may be temporary but it is living on with viral posts being created with his work all over the internet.
More of David Zinn’s fun street art is available on his website. Zinn also has a book of 3D chalk art titled Lost & Unfounded.
